What happened
No inspector’s report, minutes, or notice of a cancellation, adjournment or result for this meeting is in the record we hold. Items (1) and (2) of the owner records request of August 30, 2026 ask the Association for exactly that. The notice also warned that if quorum was not attained the board "may call a subsequent membership meeting at which time the minimum quorum will be 20%."
The notice states the seat terms as two seats for three years, two for two, and one for one. That matches Bylaws Art. IV § 6.

These are dated observations, not terms of service. The corpus holds appointment dates from minutes, officer names from Statements of Information, and ballot slates from notices — points, not spans. Two of them already disagree: a May 2024 filing names Greg Atherton as chief executive, and the minutes record the board appointing him a director on 26 June 2025. Drawing a continuous bar per director would paper over exactly that, so this draws what the documents actually say.
