Right now, we are scattered. Adding your name here is how owners who are paying attention find each other.

What signing up means

It means you get occasional, substantive updates: what the board decided, what the documents actually say, and when something is worth showing up for. Nothing more is expected of you.

What it does not mean

• It is not a proxy, a vote, a petition, or a signature on anything.
• It does not commit you to attend, contribute, or campaign.
• It is not shared with the board or the management company.

How your information is handled

Submissions go to a private database that the public cannot read. Access is limited to a small number of Coalition organizers. We do not sell or share contact information, and every email includes a way to opt out. Tell us to remove you and we will.

Renters are welcome. Under our Bylaws only owners may vote in association elections, but everyone here lives with the outcomes.
