I determined that a quorum of members was not reached either by presence in person or by absentee ballot. I received a total of 51 valid ballot return envelopes. Due to lack of quorum, the meeting was adjourned until the next Annual Meeting, the ballots were not opened, and the current Directors will remain in place until the Director’s successor is elected.

What happened
The next election noticed with a ballot was twenty-one months later, on December 3, 2025. Civil Code § 5115 would have let a properly noticed reconvened meeting proceed on 20% of the votes — a bar these 51 ballots clear — and it was not used.

Who the record puts on the board, and when
These are dated observations, not terms of service. The corpus holds appointment dates from minutes, officer names from Statements of Information, and ballot slates from notices — points, not spans. Two of them already disagree: a May 2024 filing names Greg Atherton as chief executive, and the minutes record the board appointing him a director on 26 June 2025. Drawing a continuous bar per director would paper over exactly that, so this draws what the documents actually say.
