The order people get backwards
The sticker comes first. The form records it afterwards.
That is the opposite of what most people seem to assume, and it is the question that comes up in the owners’ Facebook group more than any other practical one.
Getting a sticker is an email. The March/April 2026 newsletter puts permits and keys on the same route: contact management by email “with your request and provide your address with a unit letter.” The same newsletter gives the price — $50.00, payable by check or money order — which is also the figure it gives for a pool key. A pool key was actually sold for half that in September 2026; whether a sticker has moved the same way, nobody has asked.
The Association’s Owner/Tenant Information form is a different thing. It records which vehicles are parked at your unit — type, year, make and model, color, state, and a last column that takes the plate and the sticker number together. It does not issue anything. There is a version of it on this site you can fill in on screen and print, with the same fields in the same order as the paper form.
The rule, and what it costs to get wrong
From the same newsletter:
Vehicles must have one parking sticker assigned to one vehicle. April 1, 2026 vehicles with stickers that do not match management’s records will be towed. Vehicles with no sticker will be towed.
So two things have to agree: the sticker on the car, and management’s record of which car it belongs to. Which is why the vehicle form matters — it is the record half.
The newsletter also says the board has asked Clancy’s Towing to monitor parking throughout the community, that vehicles in red zones “may be towed at random”, and that Clancy’s is updating and replacing the towing signage.
The sticker number goes in the column that reads like the plate
The newsletter’s parking notice calls it a Homeowner Information Form and says it came with the budget package: “When filling out the vehicle section, you must include the parking sticker number assigned to that vehicle.”
That vehicle section is the one on this form, and the box is easy to miss. The last column is headed License Plate / Permit (sticker), and the Association prints a slash inside each cell: the plate goes to the left of it, the sticker number to the right. Nothing on the form says so in words, which is why the column reads at a glance as one for the plate.
The version on this site reproduces that column, and gives you the two halves as separate boxes so neither gets left out.
Before you tow-proof one car and forget the other
The rule is per vehicle, and the record is per unit. A household that adds a car, sells a car, or has a visitor staying for a month is the ordinary case where the record and the curb drift apart — and the towing is automatic rather than preceded by a notice.
